2. Products & availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Product images are for illustration; exact colours may vary slightly on screen.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We accept cash on delivery, Visa, and Mastercard. We reserve the right to refuse an order if pricing errors occur.
4. Order acceptance
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock errors or suspected fraud, and will issue a full refund in such cases.
5. Shipping & delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Brenza is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & refunds
Our return policy (available at brenza.pk/shipping) forms part of these terms. Returned items must meet the stated conditions; we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and designs — is owned by Brenza or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brenza shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
